In stock orders will be picked and packed within 1-3 Working Days upon payment received.

We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. However, you may reach out to us to amend your order or make an exchange with the original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt (if applicable).

Yes you can. Exchanges can only be done within 7 days from the date of purchase. Product has to be in good condition, unused and complete in the original packaging. Exchanges can only be done with products of equal or higher value. There will not be any refund in payment. Top up payments has to be made for a product with higher value.

All exchanges are on a case by case basis.

1. We accept payments through PAYNOW, Bank Transfer and Telegraphic Payments
2. Custom bicycles will require a deposit and cash or transfer upon receipt of items.
3. We are currently working with PACEnow for customers who wishes to purchase on an installment plan. An account must be created with PACE and your details verified to get your loans approved. Kindly visit pacenow.co to register.

We offer complimentary standard shipping within Singapore with minimum spend of $150 (excluding bicycle). Otherwise, the delivery fee will be in accordance with Singpost of our appointed third party logistic partner
For bicycle frames, delivery fee will be a flat $15 – $30 depending on the destination.

Standard shipping will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding Sunday) upon order confirmation. For third party logistics delivery for bulky items and bicycles, our staff will contact you to arrange a delivery timing.

Yes you can arrange to pick up from our warehouse. Kindly notify us by dropping us a WhatsApp at +65 83636454 before collecting. Self-collection is weekdays before 10pm or weekends by appointment.
