For Local Purchases, we offer 3 options for you to choose from

Purchases will be sent by Singpost, QExpress or Grab and a tracking number provided once available.
For Large and Bulky Item, we will arrange a third party logistics service provider to deliver your order. They will call to arrange a delivery date and time. Please arrange someone to be available to receive the delivery. There will be a re-delivery fee of $25.00 payable to the third party logistics service provided if a next re-delivery is required.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery date and timeslot.
For International Delivery
It will take us 1-3 Working Days to process your order and pack them for delivery.
We use Easyship and there will be 3 preferred choices of shipment modes and cost for you to select.
Customs Duties and Taxes
